Our story began in a small city of Stockton, California 1999, when a young college professor took the trip back to visit her home country, Cambodia, for the first time since her family immigrated to the US after the fall of the Khmer Rouge Regime.

Touring the war torn country, Samantha saw many opportunities in real estate investment, Banking and Finance, and Legal industry

Over the course of 22 years, Samantha establishes and operates successful Morakot International group (MIG) of companies in Cambodia, Myanmar, and Singapore. And had acquired many hectares of virgin land for resorts and holiday villas developments; commercial and housing developments.
