When I first stood on this land, I did not see a project. I saw possibility.
When Founder and Chairwoman Samantha Yem first walked the property, she saw something many others overlooked. She saw possibility. She saw a landscape capable of becoming one of Cambodia's most extraordinary destinations — surrounded by tropical vegetation, mountain views, fresh air, and natural beauty.
The land offered something increasingly rare in today's world: space. Space to breathe. Space to think. Space to reconnect. Rather than rushing into development, the decision was made to first understand the land — to listen to it, to learn from it, and to allow nature itself to shape the vision.
